ArdAI (أرض — "land") is an Arabic-first, full-RTL super-app for landowners in Jordan, Syria and the Gulf. The AI Land Advisor reads a parcel and returns what to build, an estimated cost grounded in a curated cost-reference table, and a value outlook, using Claude when an API key is present and a deterministic mock otherwise — so the whole product runs end-to-end with zero keys. Around it: saved analyses, ready-made designs that fit the plot, 3D previews with model-viewer and Gaussian splats, parcel subdivision on a Leaflet map, property listings with Pannellum 360° tours, and a materials and engineer/contractor directory with an admin verification flow.
